About the role

Reporting to the Shift Manager within our red meat production lines, you’ll have an incredible opportunity to oversee all aspects of the production, operations, and daily activities; whilst improving efficiencies and keeping everyone safe.

You’ll get to introduce positive changes, streamline processes, and elevate performance for the entire team. You’ll join a diverse and amazing team that recognises everyone’s abilities and a culture that inspires growth and development.

Thursday - Sunday (1PM - 12 Midnight) roster

About you and your skills

  • To be proactive in driving continuous improvement of process and procedures
  • Solid understanding of technical aspects and/or processes
  • Able to set ambitious team goal with measurable targets
  • Great communication skills that foster positive collaboration and inclusiveness
  • Cert III or IV in food processing and/or previous experience in an FMCG/Short Shelf-life production environment
  • Knowledge and implementation of Lean Manufacturing/CI principles
