Prospero Teaching is proud to be partnering with a well-established co-educational school in Central Queensland to appoint a dedicated Mathematics Teacher for a full-time permanent role, available for an immediate start, mid-Term 3, or the commencement of Term 4, 2026.

The Opportunity
Join a supportive Secondary team where you will:

• Teach Mathematics across Years 7–12 (experience-dependent)
• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that promote student achievement
• Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and numeracy skills
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student growth
• Use data-informed practices to monitor progress and improve learning outcomes
• Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and reporting
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and the wider school community
• Participate in co-curricular and pastoral care programs as required

About You
You are a passionate and dedicated Mathematics educator who:

• Holds relevant secondary teaching qualifications
• Is QCT registered (or eligible for registration)
• Has experience teaching Mathematics in a secondary setting
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and student engagement skills
• Is committed to achieving positive academic outcomes for all learners
• Builds strong relationships with students, colleagues, and families
• Thrives in a collaborative and supportive school environment
• (Desirable) Has experience teaching senior Mathematics subjects
