Senior Associate / Associate Director – Corporate Transactions (M&A)

$150-230k DOE + super
We are working with a leading national transactions law firm with a strong reputation in complex, high-value M&A and corporate deals. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior role where you will lead transactions end-to-end, work directly with high-profile clients, and play a key role in shaping outcomes on market-leading deals.
Our client prides themselves on their working culture, labelling themselves as different to standard private practices. They have a very collaborative approach with everyone working together to get the job done, including the Directors.
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Transactions lawyer to join our growing M&A team. You’ll operate as both a trusted adviser and deal leader, taking ownership of transactions from inception through to completion while mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
