Your day to day

• Defining HBFs growth marketing strategy to drive member acquisition marketand commercial performance
• Leading integrated acquisition campaigns across digitalofflineand emerging channels to maximise business outcomes
• Leading developing compelling propositions offers and go-to-market strategies that drive sustainable growth
• Optimising marketing investment media mix and campaign performance using data customerinsightsand experimentation
• Partnering with Product Digital Commercial and Member Experience teams to deliver seamless customer journeys
• Building and developing a highperforming Growth Marketing team while fostering a culture of innovationaccountabilityand continuous improvement

About you

Yourea commercially minded marketing leader who thrives on delivering measurable growth.You combine strategic thinking with strong analytical capability and know how to turn customer insights into marketing strategies that drive acquisition and long-term value.

With experience managing significant marketing budgets and investment decisions you have a deepunderstanding of customer acquisition performance marketing campaignoptimisationand go-to-market strategy.

Whetheryoureshaping investment decisions influencing executivestakeholdersor leading high-performing teamsyourecomfortable balancing creativity with commercial outcomes.Youllalso bring:

• Extensive leadership experience in growthperformanceor commercial marketing within a complex organisation
