The Dunn Group is an Australian family-owned business operating in NSW for over 30 years with 12 busy convenience petroleum retail sites across Sydney metro the Blue Mountains and Wagga Wagga. Balmain Coffee Company is an extension of our business along with our Supply Your Local Food Store offer which is an amazing range of made in store products.
About the Role
Are you ready to step into an exciting new role as the Assistant Store Manager at BP Botany. Enjoy leading in a positive and dynamic environment and supporting a team towards exceptional customer service we offer wonderful development opportunities and employee benefits if you are liking the sound of that then this could be just the role for you. As the Assistant Store Manager you will lead your team and be involved in all aspects of the retail environment with commitment towards creating memorable experiences for your customers and supporting the Store Manager towards driving business and team success. This role also offers the opportunity for progression and will at times relieve store managers at nearby locations.
About you
We are currently seeking a motivated individual who can demonstrate the following:
Minimum 2 years previous management experience in a similar business or retail environment is required.
As we have a 24/7 365 day trading business public holidays (Christmas Day Easter Sunday New Years Day) can be some of our busiest times of trade. Having a people first organisational culture as a leader you will want to support your team and work alongside them on these days.
