Position Summary:
- Working full-time overnight shifts
- Anticipate and deliver on all overnight guest touchpoints
- In-room dining mis-en place delivery and tray collection
- Delivery of various requests to guest rooms
- Concierge services including porterage and valet parking
- Other guest experience services to ensure seamless service
- Supports the Night Manager in maintaining safety security and operational excellence.
About You:
- Experience with Infrasys and Opera hospitality systems or similar advantageous
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
- Hold a current Victoria Drivers License with the ability to confidently operate both manual and automatic vehicles is required
