Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customer business and operational stakeholders to understand business objectives and operational processes.
- Elicit analyse validate and document functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business requirements into user stories functional specifications process flows and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with the TDA and Solution Architects to ensure proposed solutions align with business needs and enterprise architecture.
- Work closely with development QA DevOps and Operations teams throughout delivery.
- Perform impact analysis for change requests and enhancements.
- Facilitate workshops requirement walkthroughs backlog grooming sprint planning and UAT sessions.
- Support integration analysis across multiple systems and external interfaces.
- Coordinate defect triage production support and post-release validation.
- Maintain traceability from business requirements through solution design development testing and deployment.
- Support release planning deployment readiness and operational transition activities.
