The Purpose

Due to continued internal growth we are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategydevelopmentand lifecycle management of ourpaymentsproducts.

Working at the intersection of customer needs marketopportunitiesand business strategy you will define product direction prioritise high-impact initiatives and deliver innovative payment solutions that create value for customers and the business.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to bring products to market optimiseperformanceand drive continuous improvement across thepaymentsportfolio.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Ownthe end-to-end lifecycle ofBPAYpayments productsand capabilities from strategy and discovery through to deliveryoptimisationand retirement.
• Define and execute the product vision strategy and roadmap balancing customer needs commercialobjectives regulatoryrequirementsand emerging payments trends.
• Identifyand prioritise product opportunities using customer insights market intelligence performancedataand business value to deliver differentiated payment experiences.
• Partner with Technology Operations Risk Compliance and Commercial teams to design build and launch securescalableand compliant payment solutions.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teamsto successfully implement product initiatives ensuring quality outcomes effectivegovernanceandtimelyexecution.
• Monitor product performance customeradoptionand operational metrics using data-driven insights to continuously optimise products and improve business outcomes.
• Develop business cases assess the feasibility of new products and enhancements and define clear product requirements to support investment decisions and delivery.
• Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key stakeholders paymentpartnersand vendorsprovidingexpert advice to influence product strategyinnovationand portfolio growth.

Youllbea strong fit for this role ifyou have:

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Product Manager ideally within paymentsorbankingwith responsibility for delivering customer-centric products.
• Workingknowledge of the Australianpaymentsecosystem payment technologies financialservicesand digital product delivery.
• Proven ability to develop product strategies prioritise roadmaps and manage products across the full lifecycle from discovery and launch through to optimisation and retirement.
• Experience translating customer insights market research and businessobjectivesinto clear product requirements businesscasesand commerciallyviablesolutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess business opportunities evaluate options and make informed data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex initiatives using agile or contemporary product delivery practices while balancing competing priorities and risks.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with the ability to communicate effectively build trusted relationships andprovidestrategic product advice across technical and business audiences.
• A passion for innovation continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
