Miss Pearl Bar & Dining at the Melbourne Theatre Company is looking for an energetic and experience full time Venue Supervisor to join our amazing team.
Youll be leading service across our premium à la carte restaurant theatre bars and exclusive events helping create memorable experiences for guests before during and after every performance.

Reporting to the Venue Manager youll play a key role in leading day-to-day operations across the venue.

Strong understanding of A la carte restaurant operation
Knowledge of Wines Spirits and Cocktail creation and making is a bonus
