Food and Beverage Attendant
Join the team at Elysium Noosa and help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Food & Beverage Attendant youll provide friendly and professional service across our restaurant bar events and conference spaces. From welcoming guests and taking orders to serving food and beverages youll play a key role in delivering memorable experiences while upholding the luxury service standards of Elysium and Accor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional service from arrival to departure.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently recommend menu items and specials.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation and quality standards are maintained.
- Operate the POS system and process orders accurately.
- Assist with restaurant bookings guest enquiries and telephone reservations.
- Support the delivery of conferences functions weddings and special events.
- Maintain a clean organised and well-presented restaurant and bar environment.
- Follow all food safety hygiene and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
- Take ownership of your section and contribute to a seamless guest experience.
- Act as a proud ambassador for Elysium Noosa and Accor demonstrating professionalism teamwork and a guest-first mindset.
Qualifications :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous food and beverage experience is desirable but not essential.
- Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain one.
