Were looking for a motivated Garden Labourer / Grounds Person to join our team in a full-time permanent role maintaining the grounds of a prestigious school in Toowoomba. This hands-on position involves a mix of turf and garden maintenance helping to keep the schools outdoor spaces looking their best year-round.

You have a positive attitude a strong work ethic and take pride in maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard. Previous experience in grounds maintenance turf management gardening landscaping or a related industry will be highly regarded but a willingness to learn is just as important.
This role is physically demanding so youll need to be comfortable lifting and carrying materials bending kneeling squatting and standing for extended periods while working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
