The RoleAs the Head of Clients & Capital you will play a pivotal leadershiprole in driving Sentinel Property Groups growth by leading capital raisinginvestor relations and client engagement strategies. Working closely with theexecutive leadership team you will develop and strengthen relationships withwholesale investors financial advisers family offices high-net-worthindividuals and institutional investors while identifying new capitalopportunities.

You will also oversee investor communications ensuring the delivery of cleartimely and insightful information to the market. Leading a high-performingteam across investor relations research and sales you will help shape andexecute strategies that support Sentinels long-term growth and investmentobjectives.

What Youll Bring

• Proven experience in investor relations capital raising funds management or realestate investment with a strong track record of raising capital from wholesaleinvestors and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with a deep understanding of property fundsasset management investor engagement and capital markets.
• Demonstrated success in developing investor strategies launching investment products andbuilding long-term relationships with advisers high-net-worth individualsfamily offices and institutional investors.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to presentcomplex investment information clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
• A strategic and collaborative leadership style with experience partnering with seniorexecutives and mentoring teams to achieve business growth objectives.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business Finance Real Estate or a related disciplinecoupled with the confidence to represent the business at industry events andinvestor forums.

What Youll Do

• Lead capital raising initiatives and build strong relationships with existing and prospective wholesale investors including advisers family offices high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
• Drive investor engagement through compelling communications presentations fund reporting and marketing collateral that support fundraising and strengthen investor confidence.
• Represent Sentinel at investor meetings roadshows and industry events helping to grow the businesss profile and attract new and mentor a high-performing Investor Relations Research and Sales team fostering collaboration accountability and exceptional client service.
• Partner with senior leadership and key business units to identify investment opportunities align capital strategies and support Sentinels continued growth and expansion.
