Location: Toowoomba - QLD | Mon to Fri | 60 hrs fortnight | availability for AM, PM, & Night shifts

Multiple Part-Time positions available

Salary: $32.65 to $36.21 ph + Super + Salary Packaging + Allowances + Employee Discounts

As a Personal Carer, you will:

• Support residents in their daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect.
• Promote independence and well-being, encouraging residents to maintain their quality of life.
• Work as part of a team. Collaborate with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams to ensure the best experience for all.
• Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety.
• Provide emotional support and create a warm, nurturing environment.
• Accurately document care activities in iCare and follow best practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to provide holistic care.

You Will Have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
• An NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in a similar role in aged care
