Your Day on a Page:An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Assistant Development Manager to join Keytons growing pipeline of Retirement Living projects in Victoria. The role covers all aspects of the development process including acquisitions feasibilities planning development project management financial control marketing and to the General Manager of Development your responsibilities include:Support the Development team across all stages of the development lifecycle from feasibility through to delivery and operational handoverAssist with coordination of design development and planning approval processesProject Management:Coordinate (with guidance) multiple development activities to meet priorities deadlines and deliverablesStakeholder Management:Support internal and external stakeholders through clear updates meeting coordination and follow-upsReporting:Assist with admin and reporting including document control registers minute taking presentation preparation and action trackingFinancial Management:Help manage budgets and cashflows including forecasting and invoice managementAbout you:Your passion for developing safe secure and connected independent living communities will see you succeed in this role as will:Strong Stakeholder Engagement & Communication with the ability to communicate with contractors consultants and internal teamsFamiliarity with property development regulations statutory requirements and construction methodologiesEagerness to learn and expand your skillset with the guidance of an experienced teamStrong problem solver with a proactive approach to identifying risks managing delays and handling site issuesOrganisational skills to prioritize tasks under tight deadlinesTertiary Qualification in a property related field Property Economics Architecture Engineering Project/Construction Management Highly DesiredKeyton Perks & Benefits:Competitive salary and bonus schemeA supportive and friendly work environmentHybrid working environment opportunity to work from home4x Wellbeing Days (one per quarter).
