Cibaria Noosa is looking for a confident organised and experienced Host to join our Front of House team!
As the first point of contact for our guests youll play a critical role in creating exceptional customer experiences while keeping service running smoothly in a fast-paced high-volume environment.

About the Role
- Be the first point of contact for all guests creating a warm welcoming and professional first impression
- Manage reservations seating plans and waitlists to ensure smooth and efficient service flow throughout each shift
- Monitor guest arrivals and table allocations balancing service demands while maximising the dining experience
- Effectively handle guest enquiries special requests and feedback resolving issues with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain accurate reservation and guest information within our booking platform
- Communicate closely with the Restaurant Manager Supervisors and Front of House team regarding service requirements VIP guests and table availability
- Assist in coordinating large bookings special events and peak service periods
- Proactively manage guest expectations and wait times while delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensure host stand entry areas and guest-facing spaces are presented to the highest standard at all times
- Support the wider Front of House team as required to ensure seamless restaurant operations
- Contribute to a positive team culture by leading with professionalism energy and a guest-first mindset
Qualifications :
- Experienced in a Host Front of House or customer-facing hospitality role
- A strong problem solver who can remain calm under pressure
- Confident managing guest expectations in a busy restaurant environment
- Highly organised with exceptional communication skills
- Able to work independently while contributing to a positive team culture
- Proficient with reservation systems; SevenRooms experience highly regarded
