Ensure our home meets all safety and compliance standards including WHS regulations. Respond promptly to maintenance requests minimising disruption for our residents. Manage maintenance supplies and equipment within budget. Work as a key part of our team to create a safe and welcoming Youll Need: Experience in a maintenance handyman or groundskeeping role (aged care experience a plus). A practical can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of WHS practices and a commitment to safety. Good communication skills and a friendly professional manner. Reliability and a strong work ethic. A trade qualification or Test and Tag certification is highly regarded.
