Access Aged Care is scaling fast across the Central Coast. We need nurses who can step in take ownership and keep clinical care moving.
This is not a graduate role. You will be on site making decisions coordinating care and ensuring residents dont fall through the gaps. If you prefer routine bedside task based nursing this is not the role for you. If you want to use your clinical judgement every day it is.
