We're looking for an experienced Trade Qualified Spray Painter to join our high-performing team in Tingalpa.

The Opportunity

As a Spray Painter at Capital SMART Tingalpa, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional quality repairs and helping return customer vehicles to pre-accident condition.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Mix and match paints to manufacturer specifications using advanced computerised colour matching technology
• Apply primers, base coats and clear coats to repaired panels and complete vehicles
• Blend and fade paintwork to achieve seamless colour consistency
• Conduct final quality inspections to ensure outstanding finishes
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high standards
• Maintain spray equipment, spray booth and job documentation
• Contribute to a positive, safety-focused team culture

What We're Looking For

• Trade qualification in Automotive Refinishing (or equivalent industry experience)
• Previous experience in collision repair or automotive refinishing
• Strong colour matching and blending capabilities
• Ability to work productively in a high-volume workshop environment
• High attention to detail and pride in producing quality finishes
• Reliable, motivated and safety-conscious
• Full Australian working rights
