Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor Mr Good Guy

• Assisting in the smooth operation of the F&B department
• Creating a seamless dining experience for our guests making everyone feel welcome and valued
• Ensuring all team members are confident and competent in selling menu items beverage items and hotel services
• Animate the restaurant and bar to make it fun unique and an enjoyable experience for all guests through creative activations and events
• The ability to coordinate and manage the day-to-day F&B operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience every guest every interaction every day
• Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams. Your lead-by-example approach will be infectious
• Be a calming influence amid a highly pressured fast-paced environment with the ability to sustain and drive positive morale creating a culture that people want to be a part of
• Have a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests and have the necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers

Qualifications :

• Experience in food & beverage operations ideally within the hotel industry
• Experienced with local marketing knowledge in the restaurant industry is highly desired
• Have the ability to think on your feet and solve problems
• Highly organised self-starter with the ability to effectively manage priorities
• The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts including early mornings late evenings and weekends
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation accuracy and attention to detail
• Demonstrated high-quality service standard
• Previous supervisor experience
• Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
