Operations Business Partner

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to join a dynamic, top performing fashion business known for on trend product, loyal community, and collaborative culture.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead the people function, working closely with senior leadership to drive engagement, performance, and sustainable growth.

�� What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end HR function across the employee lifecycle
• Partner with ELT on org design, workforce planning and change management
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and talent development strategies
• Coach leaders and provide guidance on performance, ER, and compliance matters
• Roll out people initiatives
• Manage HR systems, reporting, and policies to support scale and consistency
• Responsibility for new business initiatives and project roll out
• Partner with all function heads and manage all people initiatives along with ER and IR matters

�� What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in an HR generalist or senior business partner role
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation
• A confident communicator and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
• Commercially minded, agile and comfortable in a fast paced, creative business
• Experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors is a bonus
