• Creative and editorial by nature.
• Excel as a visual storyteller across video editing and motion graphics (gfx).
• Have a natural love for design and platform nuances (including being deeply LinkedIn savvy for B2B activations).
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment crafting short-form and digital video assets.
• Master in creating short-form content for digital platforms like TikTok IG Reels YT Shorts and LinkedIn.
• Resourceful responsive and eager to get the job done - all with a smile on your face.
• Experienced in creating and editing 3D Motion video content for a variety of digital platforms and broadcast for a diverse range of B2B and B2C clients.
• Edit both live-action and animation projects with strong motion gfx expertise.
• Manage media assets and archive on all company projects.
• Contribute to opportunities to develop original content and concepts for web and mobile.
• Mold daily short-form motion graphic assets for all digital social media channels.
• Create after effects templates to increase daily content output.
• Passion for making creative content on a spectrum of media platforms - social streaming AR music film AI interactive etc.
• Work with the creative team to evolve and develop aesthetic while maintaining consistency across all assets and channels.
• Eat live and breathe the current industry & design trends to keep clients brands innovative and fresh for our audience across all publishing platforms.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 5 years experience in content creation with a focus on video editing and motion graphics.
• Proven LinkedIn-savvy background with experience creating effective B2B social content and campaigns.
• Expert in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of programs (i.e. Premiere After Effects Illustrator).
• Execute high-level editing techniques and motion graphics workflows.
• Proficient in AI tools e.g. Gemini Weavy AI TikTok Symphony Nano Bana Pro
• Knowledgeable in AVID AVID Symphony Pro Tools.
• Proficient in sound design mixing and color correction.
• Strong understanding of post-production workflow.
• Adept at organising projects managing workload for multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable with Google Apps suite (Gmail Calendar Drive etc).
• Ability to communicate needs in a positive and productive fashion.
• Resourceful diligent creative in problem-solving with high attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities and assignments simultaneously under strict deadlines with minimal direction at times.
• Adequate knowledge of contemporary cameras file formats codecs and their proper handling in a post workflow.
• Master the ability to turn any branded content into a volume of social gold (clips gifs graphics photos stories copy etc.)
• Work with a wide range and quality of video and static imagery - from a collection of photography to short video clips
• Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to create and manipulate video a plethora of photography social copy gifs short clips streaming stories etc.
• Thrives in a company of good people but can also clearly demonstrate an ability to get things done without direct supervision.
