Force is on the hunt for experienced WA Licensed HV Electricians to play a key role in commissioning, diagnostics and maintaining the next generation of electric mining equipment.

Competitive Remuneration (Based on experience) + 12% Super paid on all hours
Referral Bonuses | Secure $5K for yourself plus $2.5K for referring a mate who joins the team (Trades only)
Long-Term Project Stability | Join a major decarbonisation project supporting the rollout of battery electric mining equipment in WA.

Develop you into a specialist in electric heavy equipment
We’re building Australia’s first large-scale electric mining support capability and we’re looking for skilled people ready to power the future of mining.
The Equipment:
High-voltage battery systems
Electric drive haul trucks
BEV loaders & support equipment
Charging & energy interface systems
HV isolation & recovery systems
This is mobile HV mining plant â not fixed infrastructure.
Your new role:
HV isolation & access procedures
Diagnostics & fault finding on BEV systems
Commissioning & prototype fleet support
Incident investigation & reporting
Supporting safe integration of HV fleet into mining operations
What you'll need to succeed
WA Licensed Electrician
HV switching qualifications or willingness to obtain (supported by us)
Mining experience preferred (Minimum 2+ years post trade)
Strong safety & isolation knowledge
Structured and methodical approach
Full Australian working rights
