We are seeking an accomplished NSW Area Manager to lead a portfolio of 5–6 boutiques across New South Wales. This is a career-defining opportunity for a commercially astute retail leader who is passionate about developing people, creating unforgettable customer experiences, and delivering exceptional business performance.
As the face of the business across your region, you will inspire Store Managers to lead with confidence, uphold impeccable brand standards, and cultivate a culture where luxury service and commercial success go hand in hand.
The opportunity
Reporting to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the operational and commercial performance of your boutique network, ensuring every store reflects the brand's commitment to excellence.
You are an engaging leader who understands that luxury retail is about more than sales—it's about storytelling, meaningful client relationships, and creating memorable experiences that inspire customer loyalty.
