As the Assistant Village Manager at our Westhaven retirement village you will build relationships with residents addressing their needs to enhance satisfaction and engagement with village services. You will coordinate resident activities assist with village operations and manage complaints. You will provide concierge services handle administrative tasks support resident transitions and ensure compliance with standards while maintaining village facilities for safety and well-being.
