For over 50 years our factory in Ringwood has been home to Cherry Ripe bars Picnic bars & Cadbury Easter products. Each Easter Ringwood produces more than 450 million Easter Eggs & 15 million bunnies for chocolate lovers in Australia and New Zealand.
We have an exciting contract opportunity for a Claims professional to join our team reporting to the Customer Service Manager ANZ. As Order Fulfillment Specialist you are responsible for the end-to-end management of customer claims returns and delivery discrepancies. This role ensures timely resolution of claims and non-conformances while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders carriers and customers.
