About the role: This role will be focused on Super Premium brand ADVANCE within the Mars Petcare segment where we make life better for pets and their owners. We are seeking a strategic Loyalty Manager to build and own our recommendation model driving advocacy across key opinion leaders including Pet professionals and Pet this newly created role youll design and lead end-to-end programs that drive acquisition engagement retention and advocacy collaborating with key business stakeholders on delivery. Ultimately increasing customer lifetime value and ongoing engagement across pet life stages.
