About this Unique role
As part of the Branch Staff team at Plumbing Mandurah youll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

Working closely with experienced Branch Leaders youll gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of the business while developing the skills knowledge and confidence to take on greater responsibilities. Your day-to-day
A typical day involves:
Providing customer service and information about products
Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
Maintaining a safe organised and welcoming branch environment
Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives
Learning the operational and commercial skills that form the foundation of future leadership roles
