Join Pullman East Melbournes dynamic Food & Beverage team as an Assistant Manager and play a key role in delivering polished guest-focused service across our bars restaurants and premium event spaces. You will be a hands-on leader on the floor solving problems in real time elevating each guest experience and inspiring your team to perform at their best.
Youre responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
Lead day-to-day operations across F&B outlets ensuring smooth efficient and on-brand service.
Act as an efficient problem solver confidently managing guest issues service challenges and operational roadblocks.
Champion a guest-centric culture by anticipating needs personalising service and maintaining high standards.
Coach support and motivate the team providing clear direction feedback and on-the-job training.
Work closely with the Outlet Manager and broader Hotel Leadership team to achieve service revenue and quality targets.
