What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day HR function and work closely with both the HR team and wider business. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing employment contracts, variations and general HR correspondence
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintaining accurate employee records within HR systems
Supporting recruitment activities, including interview coordination
Managing reference checks and pre-employment screening
Tracking licences, qualifications and compliance documentation
Responding to general HR queries from employees and managers
Assisting with reporting and HR documentation
Supporting performance reviews and probation processes
Assisting with training administration and development initiatives
Providing general administrative support across the HR function
What You’ll Need
Previous experience in HR administration or a strong administrative background
A qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration (desirable)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Competency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
A professional and approachable communication style
