Provide high-quality clinical care and leadership during night shifts ensuring the safety comfort and wellbeing of residents. Responsible for medication administration clinical assessments care planning documentation and responding to changes in resident health while supporting and supervising care staff in accordance with aged care standards and organizational policies.
