To be a Starbucks Store Manager
Wed love to hear from people with:
- Three years of progressive responsibility related experience including one year of supervisory experience
- Strong organisational interpersonal and problem solving skills
- The ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners
- Previous experience in store leadership roles ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
- Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance
- Exposure to rostering budgets and profit & loss (P&L) reports
