Whats the role

As one of our Account Managers in Perth youll be the driving force behind our First Party Home Lending introducersturning conversations into opportunities and opportunities into lasting partnerships.

Working flexibly youll spend time meeting referral partners supporting Home Finance Managers and networking like a pro. Whether its accountants real estate agents or legal experts youll be the person they trust for smarter lending solutions.

What do I need

You might currently be working as an Account Manager or Relationship Manager within finance superannuation or insuranceand youre ready to take the next step in a role that offers growth impact and the chance to deepen strategic partnerships

So youre a natural connector a dealmaker and the go-to person for forging strong relationships.

• A sharp knack for networkingyou thrive in conversation and build trust effortlessly.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on Problem solving cross-selling and spotting growth opportunities.
• Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts through strategic relationship-building and proactive service.
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives on turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
• A good understanding of home lending or the drive to quickly master it.
• A current drivers licenceyoull be out and about making connections.
