We are seeking a Supervisor to support the successful delivery of a major data centre project driving the next wave of digital and AI-enabled growth. We are seeking experienced professionals with a track record of delivering data centre projects and an understanding of the complexities of hyperscale and enterprise-grade environments. About the role

You will oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities and ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to the highest quality standards.

What youll be responsible for:

Supervising and coordinating day-to-day site activities

Leading subcontractors trades and labour hire teams

Ensuring compliance with safety quality and regulatory requirements

Coordinating materials equipment and site logistics

Liaising with Project Managers Engineers and key stakeholders

Conducting site inductions toolbox talks and safety meetings

Maintaining site records reports and documentation

What youll bring:

Trade qualification in Building/Construction or equivalent industry experience

White Card (mandatory)

Relevant licences/tickets (e.g. EWP Working at Heights) highly regarded

Proven experience as a Foreman Site Supervisor or similar role

Strong knowledge of construction methods site operations and WHS requirements

Well-developed leadership communication and problem-solving skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
