SDR Manager - SaaS

One of the fastest-growing SaaS businesses in the country right now is growing their junior sales function, and they need excellent SDR Leaders to make it happen. Their revenue almost doubled last year alone and this year is gearing up to be even bigger.

Are you a high-performing SDR/BDR looking to step straight into leadership? Or perhaps you've led high performing teams and are ready to take on a bigger challenge.

We're looking for a natural leader to take the reins of a high-output SDR team - someone who can coach, motivate, and build out a genuinely high-performing sales culture. This is a hands-on leadership role with real influence over how the team grows.

What you'll be doing:

You'll inherit a fantastic team of motivated, junior salespeople, where you'll play a major part in both their development, and that of the new hires as the team grows across the year.

Leading, coaching and developing a team of 6-8 SDRs to consistently hit and exceed targets. You'll run day-to-day performance management, structured coaching sessions, and be the driving force behind the team's development and results.

This is a managerial role first and foremost - no personal targets to hit. That said, if you want to get on the phones and generate meetings yourself, you can - and you'll earn excellent commission on anything you self-source.

You'll work closely with senior leadership to shape team strategy, refine processes, and help build out what is already a genuinely exciting career pathway for the people below you.

The Package and Earning Potential:

$100,000 - $110,000 Base + Super +$40,000 OTE
Realistic, attainable earning on top of base tied exclusively to team targets.
Although there's no personal target here, you'll take home 10% commission on anything you personally self-generate!
