What Youll Be Doing

As a Claims Manager youll:

• Manage cases and tasks from initial intake through to resolution.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Review information and documentation to assess outcomes in line with policies procedures and relevant guidelines.
• Make informed decisions within delegated authority and communicate outcomes clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of work.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers colleagues and external partners.
• Prioritise and manage workloads to meet service standards deadlines and organisational objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and achieve positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to support shared goals and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
