Due to business growth our client is seeking a motivated Junior Accounts Payable Officer to support their Senior AP Officer. Theyre looking for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn previous Accounts Payable experience isnt essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Assist with payment runs
- Respond to supplier queries
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Provide general finance administration support
About You
- Interested in a career in finance or accounting
- Strong attention to detail
- Well organised with good communication skills
- Positive attitude and eager to learn
- Previous office experience is advantageous but not essential
