About Our Client

This organisation operates within the public sector and is based in Melbourne. They are going through an exciting transformation in their data and AI space and would love to add talented professionals in their team.

Job Description

  • Design and develop AI solutions to meet organisational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation.
  • Analyse data to inform AI solution development and optimisation.
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Provide startegy and technical guidance on AI tools & user adoption.
  • Document solution designs and processes for future reference.
  • Test and refine AI models to improve performance and accuracy.
  • Support the deployment and integration of AI solutions into existing systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AI Solutions Designer should have:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong technical skills in AI and machine learning tools and frameworks.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of best practices in AI ethics and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience working in a technology-focused team within the public sector is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
