An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major Sydney university delivering a strategic enterprise-wide Complaints Management System. This high-profile transformation will implement a modern SaaS platform that supports a consistent, transparent and institution-wide approach to complaints and case management, strengthening governance, compliance and service delivery across the organisation.

Working alongside business stakeholders, technology teams and implementation partners, you'll play a key role from discovery through to implementation and business readiness.

Responsibilties

• Leading end-to-end business analysis across the full project lifecycle.
• Facilitating workshops, requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Producing current and future state process maps and operating models.
• Supporting enterprise SaaS implementation including integration analysis, data migration, testing and business readiness.
• Working closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, vendors and implementation partners.
• Driving stakeholder alignment across multiple business units.
• Supporting governance, reporting and regulatory compliance outcomes.

Key Skills and Experience

• 10+ years' Business Analysis experience delivering complex enterprise technology projects.
• Proven experience implementing enterprise SaaS platforms, ideally implementing a case/complaints management system.
• Strong business process analysis, requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience across integration, testing, data migration and operational readiness.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organisations and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience within Higher Education, Government, Case Management, Complaints Management, Governance, Risk or Regulatory environments will be highly regarded.
