About the Role
Make a real difference in the lives of children and young people in out-of-home care. We are seeking X2 Part time Therapeutic Youth Workers to join our great southern team!
In this rewarding role, delivering trauma-informed support that helps build resilience, encourages independence, and empowers young people to reach their full potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting young people with daily routines, personal care, and activities
Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
Collaborating on individualised care plans
What You’ll Bring:
Full Australian Driver’s License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
Relevant qualifications, work or lived experience
Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
