About the Role
The main duties and responsibilities of a ‘Marketing Specialist ‘at Miracle Supermarket Castle Hill include the following but not limited to:
·Planning, implementation and management of marketing campaigns, plans and channels to drive customer awareness
·Analyze customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activities
·Management of brand awareness of product and business
·Oversee digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM and paid ads, ensuring campaigns achieve performance goals
·Regularly update and optimize website content to align with brand standards, enhancing user experience and SEO results
·Provide valuable insights to enhance marketing initiatives and capture new opportunities
·Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive sales growth
·Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing projects are completed on time and exceed expectations
·Coordinate and participate in the development of e-commerce products.
·Conduct and commission market research to identify new market opportunities
Qualification, Skills and Experience
·Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher in business related field
·Minimum one year experience working within a similar role;
·Attention to detail;
·Excellent communication skills;
·Enjoy working as part of a team;
·Ability to manage tight deadlines;
