Community Housing Limited is seeking a Housing Officer to deliver high quality tenancy and property management services. This role supports sustainable tenancies fair and transparent property allocation and compliance with relevant legislation regulations policies and procedures.
This is a full-time permanent position based in our Coffs Harbour Office replacing a member of the team who has recently been internally promoted. What youll do
As the Housing Officer you will manage a range of tenancy and property management activities including rent collection arrears recovery tenancy sign ups lease and rent reviews condition reports exits maintenance liaison and Tribunal or Court representation where required.
