Role Purpose

We are looking for a skilled Demi Chef for Crystalbrook Kingsley, where you will be inspired to produce the highest quality food experience for our guests working with and for an exceptional brigade and creating flavors with vibrancy and excitement.

Skills and Experience

Academic achievement with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

A creative and varied portfolio of cooking experience in high end kitchens

The inherent ability to manage relevant stock levels

An ambition on sustainable practices - farm to table sourcing

A healthy respect for workplace health and safety practices and procedures
