Classification: NP81 - NP74, YC42 - YC45, YB20 - YB23
Salary per fortnight (exc. super): $3,385.80 - $4,311.20
Hours per fortnight: 80 Hours (including an ADO every 4 weeks)
Employment Status: Ongoing Full Time

We have an amazing opportunity for a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker to join our passionate team!

Join our Older Persons Community Mental Health Team and provide recovery focused mental health care to people aged 65 years and over experiencing mental illness, age-related psychological concerns and behavioural challenges.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver comprehensive assessments, care coordination, therapeutic interventions and recovery planning across community settings, including patients' homes, hospital and residential aged care. You'll collaborate closely with patients, families, carers and community services to support positive mental health outcomes and improve quality of life.
