About the role

Working closely with the Executive Chef, you’ll play a key role in leading daily kitchen operations, maintaining exceptional food quality, mentoring junior chefs, and delivering outstanding service during every shift.

You’ll also assist with:

• Leading and motivating the kitchen brigade
• Maintaining high presentation and quality standards
• Stock control, ordering and food cost management
• HACCP and food safety compliance
• Training and developing junior team members
• Supporting menu development and seasonal specials

About you

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Experience in premium restaurants or hotel kitchens
• Strong à la carte service experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• A passion for quality food and developing others
