About the Role

We are transitioning to a traditional restaurant model within our homes to deliver person‑centred care. The position involves assisting residents with meals and drinks, ensuring their needs for nutrition, hydration and wellbeing are met.

Shift Timings

0700‑1500 & 1500‑1930.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and drinks to residents following Estia Health’s personalised meal guidelines.
• Assist residents with daily living tasks, ensuring they feel heard, comfortable and well‑fed.
• Provide additional support to residents requiring extra care and assistance.
• Facilitate engaging activities and support residents in enjoyable and meaningful experiences.
• Maintain a respectful environment that honours residents’ privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or equivalent).
