Unidex Healthcare is a privately owned healthcare support company established in 2001. We operate across Australia, with offices in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, the Northern Territory, and Queensland.

As a business unit, Unidex Healthcare delivers support services across the healthcare and disability sectors, with a strong focus on attendant care and nursing services. We have invested significantly in our systems, frameworks, and registrations to ensure we deliver high-quality, person-centred outcomes.

Our quality management system is aligned with ACIA, an industry-leading framework, and we are provisionally certified under ACIS. This provides us with a strong foundation to deliver complex supports safely, consistently, and professionally.

The Role

Our Queensland participant base primarily consists of individuals with complex care needs, including spinal cord injuries and acquired brain injuries. These participants require tailored support from experienced Support Workers, Enrolled Nurses, and Registered Nurses.

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our internal team based in Southport, QLD. This is a full-time, office-based position, with our office relocating to Coomera within the next 12 months.

You will play a key role in recruiting and coordinating support teams, ensuring participants receive the right staff to meet their individual needs while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting Support Workers, Enrolled Nurses, and Registered Nurses to meet participant requirements
  • Coordinating recruitment to support client rosters and workforce demands
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with staff, participants, and internal stakeholders
  • Completing accurate data entry and maintaining records within the CRM system
  • Ensuring all employee compliance documentation and organisational governance requirements are met
  • Supporting a participant-centred approach to service delivery
  • Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Previous recruitment experience (healthcare, disability, community services, or labour hire experience will be highly regarded but is not essential)
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional, positive, and proactive approach
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality participant outcomes
