What You’ll Do

• Expand your impact beyond clinical work by taking on leadership responsibilities, with a clear progression pathway into leadership
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists who share your passion for movement and health.
• From sports enthusiasts to those recovering from injury, you’ll manage cases that truly make a difference in their lives.
• Dedicated nonclinical time to focus on team development, planning, and leadership activities.
• Be a trusted mentor and play a key role in building a high-performing team.
• Use objective measures like strength testing to make evidence-based decisions.
• Show clients how strength training can transform their long-term health, while applying proven physiotherapy techniques for client outcomes.
• Access state-of-the-art rehab equipment and diagnostic tech to deliver the best care possible.
• Connect with external referrers and grow strong professional relationships.
• Provide high-quality service that reflects Kieser’s commitment to science and care.
• Access to structured leadership development including internal leadership programs and external professional development support.

What We’re Looking For

If you’re a Physiotherapist, you’re passionate about helping people and believe in strength training for prevention and long-term health, we want to hear from you.

Must-haves:

• AHPRA recognised Bachelor of Physiotherapy Degree
• Current AHPRA registration
• Valid Australian working rights
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• First Aid & CPR Certification
• NDIS Worker Screening + Working with Children Check
• 3 + years clinical experience (private practice experience preferred)
