What You’ll Do
As a Guest Service Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience.
Your day could include:
- Welcoming guests on arrival and providing friendly, efficient check-in and check-out
- Answering guest enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
- Assisting with bookings, payments and park information
- Providing local tips on attractions, activities and dining
- Helping guests with any issues, concerns or special requests
- Supporting daily reception and office tasks (filing, cash handling, data entry)
- Working closely with housekeeping, maintenance and café teams to keep everything running smoothly
You’ll be part of a small, supportive team that prides itself on warm hospitality and genuine customer service.
What You’ll Bring
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality or retail
- Are confident using computers and booking/reservation systems (training provided)
- Communicate clearly and professionally and enjoy talking with people from all walks of life
- Stay calm under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks during busy times
- Are reliable, organised and have strong attention to detail
- Are available for weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods
- Are happy to lend a hand across different areas of the park when needed
Knowledge of the local area and its attractions is a bonus, but not essential.
