We are seeking a People Services & Rostering Coordinator to join a medium size Early Childhood Providers Support Office team and play a key role in supporting their employees throughout their employment journey.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in HR recruitment workforce coordination administration rostering or employee support who is looking to grow their career within a supportive and purpose-driven organisation.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Workforce & People & Culture you will provide accurate timely and confidential support across a range of People & Culture functions including:
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Employment contracts and employment changes
- Compliance tracking and workforce records management
- Recruitment administration
- Casual workforce coordination and roster support
- Return-to-work and workers compensation administration
- Reporting and workforce data management
- Supporting leaders and employees with day-to-day HR enquiries
- $ salary offered
You will work closely with operational leaders recruitment payroll and centre teams to ensure workforce processes are efficient compliant and employee-focused.
What Youll Bring
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience in Human Resources Recruitment Workforce Coordination Rostering Administration or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with HR payroll rostering or recruitment systems
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A professional confidential and service-focused approach
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Desirable Qualifications
- Certificate Diploma or tertiary qualification in Human Resources Business Administration Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current drivers licence (desirable)
