Referrer Support Specialist — Flexible Hours

Plenti Pty Limited is seeking a Referrer Support Specialist to be on the front line supporting our broker and installer partners through the loan journey. You will handle inbound calls and emails, resolve issues quickly, and build strong relationships with referring partners, representing Plenti with professionalism.

Ideally you have 1–3 years in fast-paced customer service, strong communication, and familiarity with CRM tools.
